Independent whistleblowing · Sweden

We work with clearly defined assignments, from ongoing external reporting to an independent review of an existing solution.
An independent external function for receiving reports, assessing the information and supporting the agreed follow-up process.
An annual or targeted review of whether your current reporting arrangements, responsibilities and documentation remain fit for purpose.
Practical support for updating procedures or structuring an investigation when a specific matter needs further handling.
The Swedish Whistleblowing Act (2021:890) sets requirements for reporting channels and follow-up in many organisations. Employers with at least 50 employees generally need internal reporting channels, subject to the applicable rules.
An existing group channel may be relevant, but its suitability for your Swedish operation needs to be assessed. We can help clarify the practical arrangement rather than recommending a replacement by default.
The existing WB Integritet reporting interface supports Swedish and English. Customer-approved reporting pages and organisation-specific instructions remain unchanged. Any language requirements for ongoing case communication are agreed as part of the service.
If you need advice as an employer, use our business contact route. Employees wishing to report a concern should use their organisation's designated reporting channel.
Start with an independent review of the Swedish operation's existing process. We can discuss a practical scope, including independence, responsibilities and documentation.
