Start from where you actually are

Scope Check is normally the first step when the scope has not already been verified. If you already have a functioning and documented EPR/reporting setup, you do not need to buy the same mapping again.

We already have an established setup

WBI first checks that your existing documentation is sufficient for us to proceed. If anything is missing, the registration or reporting setup is completed. If the setup is complete, you can proceed to Managed Service.

How the PPWR/EPR process works

Scope Check: used when the scope needs to be mapped or verified for Sweden and Germany.
Registration Start: used when registration, PRO/system, representatives or reporting setup needs to be established or completed.
Managed Service: can be used once a functioning and verifiable setup exists, whether established by WBI or already in place at the customer.

The product register uses GTIN or SKU, product name, packaging type/component, material and weight per unit. Where the WBI system or template provides fixed selections, use those selections – do not create your own material or packaging labels.

For period reporting, you normally provide units placed on the market per GTIN/SKU and country. Material weights are calculated from the product register. WBI checks the data, handles reporting and records the confirmation.
