How Supplier Integrity works
The supplier receives a structured questionnaire with 24 questions across eight areas. Answers can be supported with a document link or comment when needed. WBI requests additional documentation when required.
- The supplier checks the company details and answers based on how the business actually operates today.
- All relevant questions are answered. "Not applicable" requires a comment.
- No file upload is required in the questionnaire; WBI may request supporting material separately.
- After submission, WBI analyses the answers together with relevant external information and provides a report to the customer.
The normal response period is 10 days. If no response is received, reminders are normally sent on day 5 and day 9. The internal scoring and risk model is not shown to the supplier.
